There are usually three reasons why the laser tube of a laser cutting machine does not emit light: firstly, the laser tube suddenly does not emit light, secondly, the light using the laser tube becomes weaker and weaker, and finally, everything starts to work normally. The next day, when the laser cutting machine is turned on, there is no light.

Firstly, regarding the reason for the lack of light.

Solution: Check the water flow in the water circulation of the laser cutting machine to see if the water outlet pipe is short of water.

1. If the water outlet pipe is discharging normally, ask the customer how long it has been used since startup (please answer truthfully, otherwise it will affect the correct judgment). If the customer says it took one morning or more than two hours, please have the customer check if there is water on the outermost layer of the carbon dioxide laser tube. If there is water, it is because the water temperature is too high and the laser tube is damaged (due to customer reasons).

2. If there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, we will check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply. Press it to see if there is light. If there is light, it means that the water protection device is faulty. At this point, we request the customer to check if the water protection device is blocked. Then clean the water protection cover and clean it with water.

At this point, we need to pay attention that the water inlet and water outlet cannot be reversed, otherwise the laser tube will be damaged. The second method is to first short circuit the PG on the laser power supply (connected through a line), but pay attention to checking the water circulation at this time. Water protection does not work, and the laser tube can still be damaged. If there is still no light, it means that the laser power supply is broken and needs to be replaced by the manufacturer.

Secondly, regarding the reasons and solutions for the increasingly weak beam of laser tubes used

1. Check the water circulation of the laser machine. If the water flow does not circulate, please turn off the power and check if the water pump or chiller plug is plugged in.

2. Check whether the Ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If normal, it may be a problem with the laser tube. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If the Ammeter is not normal, it is a problem with the laser power supply. Ask the manufacturer to replace or repair it.

Finally, when you start using it, everything is normal, and when you open it the next day, there is no light left.

Solution: Check whether the water circulation of the laser cutting machine is normal.

Check the Ammeter of the laser cutting machine and press the "emergency light" to see if the pointer of the Ammeter can be hit. If it is less than 5 milliamperes, it means that the power supply is interrupted. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

If the Ammeter does not move, check whether our laser switch is turned on. If turned on, check if the laser power indicator light is on. If it is turned on, press the off button on the laser power supply to check whether the current pointer moves and is less than 5 mA, and then disconnect the laser power supply, or set the maximum light intensity and minimum light intensity in the software to 50%, and then press to check whether the Ammeter pointer reaches 10-12 mA. If not, it is a problem with the laser power supply or motherboard.
